- 48+ Hours Notice: No charge—we understand life happens!
- 24–48 Hours Notice: 50% of the service will be charged.
- Less than 24 Hours / No-Show: 100% of the service will be charged.

1. Salon Policies & Artistry Commitment
Our Commitment to You
At The Parisian Hair Salon, we dedicate our time exclusively to you. To provide the highest quality experience for all our guests and to respect the craft of our stylists, we adhere to the following scheduling standards:
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another guest on our waiting list.
- 48+ Hours Notice: No charge, we understand life happens!
- 24–48 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- Less than 24 Hours / No-Shows: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to show up for an appointment, will be charged 100% of the service cost.
- Late Arrivals: To ensure the best results, we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
- Refunds on Services: While we do not offer hair service refunds, we want you to love your hair! If you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment for a complimentary adjustment.
- Product Returns: Unused retail products may be exchanged for salon credit within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
2. Photo & Media Release
We love capturing your transformation! By consenting to have your photo or video taken, you grant The Parisian Hair Salon permission to use these images for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and marketing materials. We will always ask for your verbal permission before filming or photography begins, and we respect your choice if you prefer not to be featured.
